Accounting Support: Payable, reconciliations, reporting, and general accounting activities.

Reporting & Analysis: Assist with financial reporting, analyze data, identify discrepancies, and help provide insights to support business decisions.

Process Improvement: Participate in special projects and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.

Systems Support: Work within accounting systems and contribute to enhancing processes and reporting capabilities.

Independent Execution: Take ownership of assigned responsibilities while collaborating with the broader finance team.

Department Collaboration: Partner with team members across the finance department to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks.

Continuous Learning: Build accounting knowledge, expand technical skills, and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

1–2 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting functions.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Excellent Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and create reports. Experience in AR and AP.

Experience working with accounting systems; Business Central experience would be considered a robust asset, while QuickBooks Online experience would also be beneficial.

Accounting education or coursework is preferred.

CPA designation is not required; however, the ideal candidate will be interested in pursuing the CPA program and continuing their professional development.





Strong analytical skills with a natural curiosity for investigating numbers and identifying discrepancies.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Comfortable working with data, reporting, and process improvements.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 depending on experience
