You will be instrumental in supervising lift operations, overseeing safety protocols, and enhancing guest experience through effective management. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of lift staff
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Train lift operators in their duties and safety practices

Requirements:
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Robust customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to ski or snowboard in various conditions
