In this role, reporting to the Director of Accounting, you will utilize your 3-5 years of financial analysis experience to prepare and maintain project budgets. Engage in cash flow forecasting and assist with the understanding of financing needs across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update project proformas and budgets
• Analyze project costs and budget variances
• Prepare financial reports and ad hoc analyses
• Assist in supporting bank financing inquiries
• Review purchase offers and pricing variances

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience
• CPA designation or working towards it
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting
• Advanced Excel capabilities
• Experience in real estate or homebuilding is an asset
