As part of an interdisciplinary team, your responsibilities will include providing physical rehabilitation services and supervising aides. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective rehabilitation therapies to residents
• Mentor and oversee Rehabilitation Aide support
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals
• Conduct patient assessments and document care
• Uphold high standards of health and safety
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved Physical Therapy school
• Registered with the Canadian Physiotherapists’ Association
• Strong interest in elder care
• Current Criminal Records Check and clearance
• Completed tuberculosis screening within 12 months
