In this role, you will manage the preparation of steel estimates, ensuring all details are accounted for in-line with clients' requirements. Your expertise in Canadian design codes and market knowledge will enable you to provide competitive proposals and collaborate effectively with teams and partners, ensuring all projects align with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate accurate structural steel estimates and quantity take-offs
• Review and analyze bid documents and project specifications




• Liaise with project teams and subcontractors for proposal support
• Assess historical costs to improve estimate competitiveness
• Prepare bid summaries and management review packages

Requirements:
• Over 5 years of structural steel estimating within Canada
• Robust grasp of industry standards and CCDC contracts
• Advanced Excel skills for cost analysis
• Proficient in software like Tekla EPM and Bluebeam
• Experience in commercial or industrial sector projects
