Assist with financial operations as a Finance Assistant at Victoria Airport Authority. Engage with accounts payable and receivable while promoting process improvements.

In this 18-month temporary role, you will support financial operations at Victoria International Airport. Your main duties will include processing accounts payable transactions, maintaining records in Sage 300, and contributing to effective financial reporting through Power BI. As you collaborate across teams, you will help document and implement new finance technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable records
• Maintain and organize financial data in Sage 300
• Support accurate month-end and year-end reporting




• Collaborate to resolve discrepancies with stakeholders
• Identify and suggest improvements to finance processes

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum two years of applicable finance experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and financial systems
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Driver's licence for local travel
