• Manage Complex Discharge processes and ensure effectiveness




• Develop seamless patient transition processes and evaluate performance
• Assess critical staffing needs and authorize bed openings
• Collaborate with external health facilities for patient care options

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Nursing or Health Administration
• Seven years of healthcare management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in resource management
• Eligible for registration with the licensing body
