The Opportunity:
We're looking for skilled and motivated Production Assemblers to join our team. These roles are ideal for individuals with strong experience in manufacturing production, or individuals with a plumbing, electrical or mechanical background, who are ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced plumbing and electrical assembly tasks with precision and efficiency

Support production planning and workflow optimization

Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive,



productive work environment

Assist in training and mentoring junior assemblers

Identify opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancements

Maintain high standards of safety and compliance

What You Bring:

Extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing, or knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical or mechanical systems

Solid understanding of production processes and quality control

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative

Leadership experience or potential to grow into a supervisory role
