SaskEnergy is searching for qualified individuals to fill the Operations Technician Qualifying Position. This role includes comprehensive training in the installation, operation, and maintenance of gas facilities, starting at the trainee level. With a focus on emergency response, you'll learn to make critical decisions effectively during crises.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installations and maintenance of gas facilities
• Ensure compliance with customer service and safety standards
• Complete training modules for independent capabilities
• Participate in emergency response training and execution
• Work under the supervision of experienced technicians
Requirements:
• Hold a Technical/Applied Science Certificate
• 3-5 years of relevant operational experience
• Commitment to completing emergency training
• Ability to take on increasing responsibilities
• Must display a proactive and safety-conscious attitude
