MRG Live is seeking a Ticketing Coordinator dedicated to delivering extraordinary ticketing experiences. This position supports Canada’s largest independent entertainment company in managing diverse concert events.

Reporting to the Ticketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of coordinating ticketing activities across numerous venues and platforms. Your role includes processing guestlists and VIP requests, monitoring ticket sales, and ensuring all quality standards are met before onsales. Excellent customer service and efficient communication with stakeholders will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding service during ticketing operations
• Work with AdmitONE and venues for seamless event builds




• Handle special requests for tickets and VIP access
• Ensure accurate quality control for ticketing
• Track and report on daily ticket sales

Requirements:
• Experience in ticketing highly preferred
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Detail-focused and thorough in all tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Skills in project management and time management
