Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver evidence-based simulation education
• Facilitate faculty training using various educational tools

• Manage logistics for educational events and initiatives
• Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance learning outcomes
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in healthcare, education, or relevant field
• Three years’ experience in simulation education delivery
• Solid understanding of adult learning and instructional design
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Preferable experience with digital learning tools and technologies
