Become the Customer Experience Manager at Georgina Public Library and lead a pivotal role in enhancing patron engagement. This position is temporary for up to 18 months, focusing on excellence in service and operational workflow.

Reporting to the Director of Library Services, you will be responsible for managing customer service strategies and overseeing the overall public experience across the library network. Through effective training, mentoring, and operational management, you will build a motivated team dedicated to delivering top-notch library services. Your ability to gather and utilize community feedback will drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and evaluate circulation services and public interactions
• Implement training programs for library staff




• Manage daily scheduling and performance of team members
• Resolve customer complaints in line with library policies
• Collaborate on service improvements and strategic initiatives

Requirements:
• Master’s in Library and Information Science required
• Minimum three years’ supervisory experience desired
• Robust understanding of customer service principles required
• Proven leadership capabilities in a library setting
• Holder of a valid Class 'G' driver's license
