As an HR Acquisition Integration Analyst, you'll lead the integration process for newly acquired dental practices. Engage with various teams to review existing HR policies and determine integration needs while assisting with employee lifecycle and leave management. Your project management skills and HR expertise will help ensure a positive transition experience for new employees as they join the 123Dentist family.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive integration activities for newly acquired practices
• Review HR policies, payroll, and benefit programs




• Develop and implement onboarding transition plans
• Support employee lifecycle and leave administration processes
• Maintain documentation and updates related to integration

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations
• Proven track record in acquisitions and onboarding
• Preference for experience in healthcare sectors
• Robust project management and organization skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
