Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in a person-centered care model
• Document resident care accurately and timely
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents
• Assist in mobility, transfers, and emotional support

Requirements:
• Graduate of a Personal Support Worker program or similar
• Experience in a senior care or community health setting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Vulnerable position screening and background check
