In this on-call role, you’ll implement the Emergent Curriculum tailored to individual children, maintain necessary records, and offer emotional support. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate an Emergent Curriculum for each child's development
• Document daily activities and maintain progress reports
• Nurture emotional and cognitive growth in children
• Work with outside professionals when required
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing protocols

Requirements:
• Valid Nova Scotia ECE License
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
• Standard First Aid and CPR Certification (Level B or C)
• Ability to safely lift or push 45 lbs
