As Canada’s largest multi-disciplinary brain tumor center, UHN is seeking a dedicated Nurse Coordinator. This permanent full-time role emphasizes coordination of patient care and program support. Your experience with neuro-oncology and exceptional organization skills will be pivotal in improving patient experiences at the Gerry & Nancy Pencer Brain Tumor Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a resource for patients and families
• Coordinate weekly CNS Multidisciplinary Rounds
• Develop supportive care programming and materials
• Chair the Patient & Family Advisory Committee
• Facilitate access to specialized treatments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Master’s preferred
• Minimum 2 years in neuro-oncology required
• Experience in palliative care preferred
• Solid networking and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
