Lawn Care, Pest Control & Christmas Lighting Technician
Build a year-round outdoor career—lawns in spring and summer, Christmas lighting in fall and winter.

Position: Full-time, year-round
Location: Vaughan, Ontario
Starting pay: $20/hour guaranteed base, with incentives and bonuses offering earning potential of $29+/hour

One Position. Two Seasons.
This hands-on outdoor role changes with the seasons:

Mid-March to October: Lawn care and pest control services
October to February: Christmas lighting and décor installation, removal and related winter work

No lawn care, pest control or Christmas lighting experience? That’s okay—we provide paid training. We’re looking for someone dependable, safety-minded and ready to work outdoors throughout the year.

Winter work includes climbing ladders and installing lights and décor at heights in cold and changing weather. You must be comfortable with these conditions to be considered.

Schedule
6:30 a.m. start, Monday to Friday
Typical shifts are approximately 10 hours
Saturday work may be required during busy periods; additional Saturday hours may be available
Flexibility to work longer hours during peak seasons
Full-time, year-round employment

Compensation
Entry-level team members receive a guaranteed base wage of $20/hour, with the potential to earn $29+/hour through incentives and bonuses.

First-year team members earn approximately $47,000–$57,000 annually
Experienced team members earn $65,000+ annually
Team members receive approximately three to five weeks off throughout the year

These figures reflect compensation earned by current LawnSavers team members—not hypothetical earning potential.
