Terrain Group seeks an Experienced Site Foreman to lead landscaping and excavation operations. Engage directly with your crew while ensuring safety and project standards are met daily.

In this vital leadership role, you will coordinate tasks, mentor crew members, and operate heavy machinery. The Site Foreman reports to the Project Supervisor and actively contributes to project execution while instilling a culture of safety and efficiency. Winter operations, including snow removal, will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise crew activities and manage workflow efficiently
• Communicate daily production and material needs
• Operate heavy equipment for project requirements
• Enforce safety policies and ensure proper PPE use
• Troubleshoot field issues and maintain job site cleanliness

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years in landscaping or construction leadership
• Solid heavy equipment operational skills
• Valid driver’s license, with DZ a plus
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
