As part of EHN Canada's multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients on their recovery journey. Your focus will be on day-to-day activities that enhance patient independence and emotional resilience in a co-ed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach essential life skills to clients
• Lead therapeutic and community support groups
• Encourage patient participation in structured activities
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols during staff absences
• Conduct regular rounds for patient safety and wellbeing
Requirements:
• Diploma in related field or relevant experience
• 1-2 years’ experience in mental health/addictions support preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• First Aid/CPR and NVCI certification
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
