We're hiring an Organizational Development and Inclusion Specialist for a six-month contract within our Human Resources team. Use your instructional design expertise to implement engaging training programs.

As part of the Organizational Development team, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement. This role demands a qualified passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion, combining instructional design skills with an ability to evaluate programs effectively. Your collaboration with leaders and cross-functional teams will drive impactful organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement inclusive training programs
• Translate policy into engaging learning experiences




• Collaborate with experts to ensure accurate and relevant content
• Support the deployment and assessment of training via LMS
• Drive initiatives enhancing organizational talent development

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or similar
• At least five years in HR or OD fields
• Proven instructional design experience
• Insight into EDI efforts and change management
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
