Lumenus Community Services is hiring Behaviour Technicians to work part-time with children with autism. This role focuses on meaningful engagement and individualized intervention strategies.

In this fixed-term position, you will collaborate closely with families, implement Applied Behaviour Analysis techniques, and monitor client progress under supervision. Your expertise in childhood development will guide program planning and execution, contributing to a supportive workplace for each child.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare the learning environment and resources
• Regularly evaluate information for your caseload
• Provide direct behavioral interventions individually and in groups
• Keep accurate records of client progress and challenges
• Engage in team meetings to refine strategies

Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or degree in Behavioural Science
• At least two years of working with children with disabilities
• Solid communication and program planning capabilities
• Reliable transportation for visiting various sites
• Commitment to working evenings and weekends as required
