TLN Construction is seeking an experienced Tile Installer to join our dynamic team. With a minimum of 3 years’ experience, you will be responsible for tasks such as preparing surfaces, mixing adhesives, and aligning tiles. You will work closely with clients to ensure all projects meet high standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and mark surfaces for tile application
• Apply and spread mortar, cement, and mastic
• Set tiles securely and ensure proper alignment
• Cut tiles to fit around fixtures and openings
• Replace cracked or damaged tiles effectively

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of related experience
• No degree or certification necessary
• Physically capable of heavy lifting and bending
• Flexibility for early or late shifts
• Must work on-site in Edmonton
