This part time, onsite role demands strong leadership to support Swim Instructors in offering high-quality aquatic programming. You will facilitate a safe environment for participants, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to standards. Your role as a main contact for parents/guardians is crucial in fostering open communication and addressing concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership during swim lessons and recreational programs
• Support instructors in lesson delivery and engagement
• Monitor pool safety and maintain cleanliness




• Act as a primary communication point for families
• Assist with staffing logistics and schedule management

Requirements:
• Minimum age of 15 and legally able to work
• Standard First Aid/Intermediate First Aid certification required
• Must hold a current Swim Instructor certificate
• At least 2 years of experience in aquatic settings
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
