This term role involves reporting to the Regional Manager and requires you to guide clients through their personal insurance options. Establishing rapport with new and existing clients is essential for effective service and cross-selling opportunities. Managing and maintaining your Personal Lines Book of Business will be your key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accomplish yearly individual sales and growth goals
• Identify and pursue current customer opportunities
• Ensure retention and optimal management of your book




• Conduct annual policy reviews and suggest additional coverage
• Provide assistance with Autopac and other necessary transactions

Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in personal insurance
• Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License
• Understanding of EPIC and other insurance types is a plus
• Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
