Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and assist them professionally
• Sort and manage donation items efficiently
• Display merchandise attractively on sales floor
• Handle customer transactions using POS
• Ensure the store meets cleanliness standards daily

Requirements:
• 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs comfortably
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Alignment with KWS values and mission
