This position requires a current LPN license in Nova Scotia and the ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Your leadership skills will guide other care roles to enhance overall care quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to residents' medical and emotional needs
• Lead and mentor team members in care practices




• Administer medications and perform nursing tasks

• Maintain compliance with The Meadows standards

Requirements:
• Current LPN license in Nova Scotia
• Minimum 6 months relevant nursing experience
• CPR certification and dementia care training preferred
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a busy work environment
