Fueling Brains Academy seeks a Lead Teacher for our Infant Program to guide and inspire children aged 6 weeks to 18 months. Focus on individualized care and developmental guidance.

In this essential role, you will facilitate a high-quality learning atmosphere where infants thrive. You will be responsible for planning developmental activities, monitoring children's progress, and establishing partnerships with families to enhance their learning at home. Your leadership will also include mentoring a team of educators while ensuring the classroom environment remains engaging and secure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design responsive, play-based learning experiences for infants
• Lead daily routines that cater to each child's needs




• Document and assess developmental milestones for growth
• Foster family engagement through communication and meetings
• Support team collaboration and best practices among staff

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree
• Provincial Early Childhood Educator Certification
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a childcare setting
• In-depth knowledge of infant caregiving practices
• Proven communication and mentorship abilities
