We're hiring a General Labourer to perform essential tasks in our manufacturing facility. This role is focused on practical hands-on responsibilities within a supportive team workplace.

Candidates for this position will be engaged in various physical tasks such as riveting, tapping, and machine operation. You will maintain safety standards and ensure a clean work area while striving to meet production goals. On-the-job training is provided to help you enhance your skills and adapt to our processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents
• Conduct various tasks including drilling, shearing, and lathe operation
• Keep the workspace organized and equipment maintained




• Verify parts for quality assurance before QC inspections
• Ensure efficient output to meet cycle time standards

Requirements:
• Capacity to lift 40-50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Reliable, hardworking, and trainable
• Ability to follow directions in English language
• Manufacturing experience is advantageous but not necessary
• Must be willing to work shifts as required
