As one of the largest automotive retailers in North America, we're focused on growing people who are passionate about providing memorable experiences for our guests and who want to make an impact—both in their store and across the company.We are looking for a Service Assistant to join our team at Porsche Centre Vaughan.What You'll DoGreets and directs customers to the appropriate personnel.Understands verbal work orders and instructions.Reads material such as detailed forms, standard memos or letters.Contacts porters to assist in daily tasks.Ensures the coffee area is fully stocked and clean.Fill customer vehicles with windshield washer fluid.Wash vehicles after the service has been complete.Bring customer vehicles to an accessible parking spot available for pick up.All other duties as assigned by leadership.What You'll Bring1+ years experience in automotive field is an asset.Ability to drive a manual transmission is required.Superior customer service skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.Acceptable driver's abstract and a valid driver's license in your province of residence.Reports To: Service ManagerPosition Availability: This is an existing vacancySchedule: Times vary, full timeCompensation Range:
