• Provide essential support with food, clothing, and resource connections

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in human services or addiction support
• Strong detail orientation and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of principles like harm reduction and housing-first
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
• Current CPR, Basic First Aid, and Mental Health First Aid certifications
