Verve Senior Living seeks enthusiastic UCPs to support our residents' daily needs. You will administer medications and contribute to individualized care plans under the guidance of health professionals. This position is vital to providing a secure and engaging atmosphere for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver medications and treatments as per protocols
• Provide direct care based on individualized plans
• Keep accurate records of residents’ care
• Ensure a safe, hygienic environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in care planning

Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12 education needed
• Must have UCP certification and training
• Certified in First Aid Level 1 and CPR
• Strong ability to communicate with residents
• Responsible and proactive in providing care
