Reporting to the Director of Facilities & Production, you will coordinate screen printing operations while maintaining high quality and timeliness. Your role includes training team members, managing production issues, and adhering to safety standards. Your attention to detail and interpersonal skills will help foster a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and adjust screen printers for various orders
• Track and maintain equipment and inventory regularly
• Train and guide printers on department procedures
• Address customer concerns with exemplary service
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure quality delivery

Requirements:
• Solid computer proficiency and strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for up to 7 hours
• Current Criminal Record Check and valid driver’s license required
• Experience in press-transfers is beneficial
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
