Provide essential nursing services as a Registered Practical Nurse in a part-time capacity. Focus on patient care and quality standards in our Medical Surgical Program.
We invite applications for the position of Registered Practical Nurse within our Medical Surgical Program. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commitment to quality healthcare and patient safety. You will play a crucial role in delivering care and adhering to established policies under the supervision of nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer quality nursing care to patients and their families
• Contribute to the maintenance of healthcare policies
• Collaborate effectively with nursing and medical staff
• Follow safety policies for patient and employee welfare
• Foster a positive and protected work environment
Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR and ACLS certifications required
• At least two years of medical/surgical nursing experience
• Preferred: Cardiac Care Course completion
• Understanding of workplace safety policies
