Become a vital team member at Tim Hortons® Foundation Camps as a Bilingual Intake and Support Worker. This role centers on enhancing camper experiences through application support and community collaboration.

As part of the team, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Registration and Travel. Your main responsibilities include assisting French-speaking stakeholders throughout the registration journey. This role also requires engagement with community partners for effective camper intake and proactive follow-ups to ensure camper readiness for a successful camp.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for campers and families
• Ensure French-language support and resources
• Conduct thorough reviews of camper applications




• Manage travel arrangements for campers
• Communicate regularly with campers and families

Requirements:
• Relevant degree or experience in youth support
• 1-3 years in social work or related fields
• Bilingual in both French and English
• Passion for youth from low-income backgrounds
• High organizational skills and effective communicator
