This permanent full time position invites you to collaborate with a dedicated Clinical Team. Your role will involve conducting nutritional assessments, developing personalized diet plans, and ensuring meals are nutritionally balanced and delicious. With your background in geriatric nutrition, you'll actively contribute to the overall health and satisfaction of our community's residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with management on nutrition and hydration needs
• Perform nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0
• Design individualized care plans for residents




• Communicate effectively with food service management
• Evaluate the nutritional adequacy of seasonal menus

Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Dietitian eligible in Ontario
• Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in long-term care
• Competence with Microsoft Office; experience with PointClickCare is a plus
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Completion of TB skin test and vulnerable sector check
