This full-time role based in Kanata, Ontario, focuses on the Mining Industry Experience Program (MiEX). Reporting to the Director, you will design, implement, and evaluate programs that introduce students to mining careers. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you’ll enhance student learning experiences and help promote mining as a viable career option.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead program development and improvement initiatives
• Maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders
• Schedule and lead regular engagement meetings
• Oversee program logistics,
budgets, and execution quality
• Partner to create impactful marketing and recruitment strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or similar
• 3-5 years managing educational programs or projects
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Solid problem-solving abilities
• Experience with virtual learning platforms preferred
