Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure prompt response to tenant service requests
• Coordinate repairs with pre-approved vendors
• Monitor computerized building control systems




• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC and safety equipment
• Participate in waste and recycling management

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in building operations or maintenance
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and procedures
• Strong understanding of how to read building drawings
• Valid G driver's license and solid organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
