As a Case Management Coordinator, you'll oversee adjudication of disability benefits while keeping employees informed and connected with their workplace. You will aid Case Managers in ensuring timely return-to-work strategies, making this a critical role within our Ability and Attendance team. Your knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks will enhance compliance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Adjudicate and oversee disability advantages for staff
• Facilitate employee connection during periods of absence




• Assist in developing and implementing return-to-work programs
• Provide information about available resources and support
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations

Requirements:
• Certified Disability Management Professional or in training
• Minimum 1-3 years of disability management experience
• Familiarity with Ontario Human Rights, Employment Standards
• Strong communication and analytical capabilities
• Experience in diverse, unionized work environments
