Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service, addressing all client needs
• Maintain accurate records of client attendance and bookings
• Manage registrations, payments, and develop payment plans
• Communicate important updates and class changes proactively
• Collaborate with aquatic and administrative teams for efficiency

Requirements:
• 1+ years in sales or customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Solid commitment to organizational values
• Current Standard First Aid Award preferred
