EORLA is looking for a Clinical Laboratory Technologist responsible for overseeing specimen preparation, testing, and reporting of clinical samples. Qualified candidates should have a relevant MLT diploma and CMLTO registration. This role will also include staff training and strict adherence to health and safety protocols while managing records effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage diagnostic sample preparation and testing
• Analyze clinical/test samples and report results accurately




• Assist colleagues by training and mentoring effectively
• Keep up-to-date records of testing procedures
• Work on specific roles as assigned in rotation

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited MLT program
• Current registration with CMLTO in related specializations
• Knowledge of applicable medical laboratory standards
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of workplace health and safety legislation
