As a vital member of the team reporting to the Recreation Manager, you will assist with organizing and implementing engaging programs tailored to residents' interests. Your responsibilities also include recording activities, promoting effective communication, and evaluating residents’ activity levels. Effective interaction with residents and staff ensures a harmonious setting fostering resident well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement programs for resident engagement
• Maintain accurate department records and evaluations




• Facilitate outings and scheduled activities
• Assist with meal services alongside daily activities
• Uphold Extendicare’s values and ethics

Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation or related field
• Experience working with seniors is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for resident transportation
