Join Merrithew International as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a hybrid role, dedicated to shaping the future of recruitment. You'll lead full-cycle hiring initiatives across global regions while focusing on talent engagement and strategic sourcing strategies.

This full time position reports to the Vice President of People and Culture. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies that address workforce needs. Your ability to build strong relationships and enhance the candidate experience will drive Merrithew's talent acquisition objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across regions
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers for better alignment




• Generate engaging job postings and descriptions to attract candidates
• Implement creative sourcing strategies using various platforms
• Provide support for a seamless onboarding process for new hires

Requirements:
• Must have a bachelor’s degree; HR designation is an asset
• 3-5 years in end-to-end recruitment in fast-paced settings
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
