Support Investment Counsellors in analyzing and preparing client portfolios and custom research reports

Liaise with the investment management team to provide current, pertinent information on portfolio holdings

Respond to RFIs, RFPs and DDQs from consultants and institutional prospective clients

Ensure consultant data is provided regularly

Assist in customizing presentations for institutional prospects

Develop performance attribution commentary and analysis for investment strategies sent to clients and prospects

Support original capital markets content creation to enhance client communications

Update institutional prospect and client collateral

Create and maintain competitor intelligence profiles and landscapes

Work independently and within the team on ongoing strategic initiatives

Support existing client relationships and business development efforts

Collaborate with all departments to contribute to the firm's growth and client service objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, finance or a related field

Between 0-2 years of relevant work experience

An interest in pursuing the CFA or CIM designation is preferred

Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with eVestment or Bloomberg would be an asset

Knowledge of the institutional investment industry would be an asset

Professional presence with robust interpersonal and presentation skills

Self-motivated with a high energy level

Dedicated, well-organized and resourceful with a high level of attention to detail





Ability to handle confidential information

Team player with a positive, proactive attitude

Demonstrates initiative and thrives in environments that require flexibility and adaptability

Ability to draft documentation in French and English

Ability to liaise with employees based in various Canadian offices
