In the role of Lead, Maintenance Training, you will report to the Senior Lead and focus on building high-quality training programs for maintenance operations. Your expertise will help apprentices and journeypersons attain their Red Seal certification while ensuring a strong safety culture across team operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop standardized technical training programs across disciplines
• Create engaging materials for hands-on and classroom training
• Oversee a dedicated team of training specialists
• Implement structured training on diesel systems and diagnostics
• Evaluate and adapt training based on program effectiveness

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in a mining workplace
• Must be Red Seal Certified Heavy Duty Technician
• Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent required
