We are searching for passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with a commitment to advancing nursing education. As a clinical instructor, you will provide essential regulatory oversight for students during their clinical practice while promoting a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere. You’ll have the unique opportunity to impact students’ nursing skills in real-world settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide regulatory supervision during clinical practice
• Support students’ patient care efforts in medical/surgical settings
• Collaborate with faculty and Clinical Practice Specialist
• Encourage student engagement and hands-on learning
• Assess and facilitate student development in clinical skills
Requirements:
• Active RN registration in positive standing with BCCNM
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required
• At least three years of nursing experience
• Recent acute care medical/surgical experience needed
• Competency with Microsoft Office and Teams
