Become the Director of the Fraser Mustard Early Learning Centre with Child Development Institute. This leadership role is vital for enhancing care and education in a vibrant learning environment.

The Director will manage the operations and administration of the Early Learning Centre, promoting a joyful, secure space for young children through effective staff leadership and compliance with all necessary regulations. You will work closely with the Principal and school staff to ensure a quality educational experience for children and families, supporting up to 192 children in eleven classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education standards
• Build partnerships with the school and community
• Cultivate a healthy, safe environment for children




• Design effective family engagement strategies
• Provide leadership and support for continuous staff development

Requirements:
• Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Experience in leading a childcare setting
• In-depth understanding of early child development
• Robust relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and childcare management systems
