In this influential position, you will report to the COO while overseeing all aspects of communications for Child and Family Services. You will collaborate with community partners, leadership, and funding agencies to enhance awareness of CFS services, ensuring messaging is timely, culturally appropriate, and consistent. Your strategic insight will guide both internal communications and public relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and evaluate communication strategies for CFS projects
• Lead the community engagement and fundraising communications




• Ensure accuracy and cultural respect in all communications
• Oversee the management of social media and website content
• Liaise with external partners for communication support

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or similar
• At least five years of related experience
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Indigenous cultures and engagement
