As part of the Commercial Portfolio Management team at EQ, you’ll support Account Managers and Analysts in administering the CFG book of loans. This role involves maintaining portfolio pipeline reports, processing mortgage renewals, and ensuring Anti-Money Laundering compliance. You'll play a key part in enhancing client interactions and delivering superior service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute Construction Progress Reports monthly
• Manage daily administration of the loan book
• Process all mortgage renewals and changes on PPlus




• Update renewal and annual review pipeline reports
• Assist with documentation for construction loan sub-advances

Requirements:
• OSSD diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• 1-3 years in commercial mortgage administration
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Robust communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure effectively
