Ông Bà is expanding and seeks a driven General Manager to facilitate the opening and operational success of their Vietnamese cuisine restaurant. In this full time, permanent position, you will be responsible for hiring and training front-of-house staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing POS systems such as Toast and OpenTable. You will collaborate closely with ownership to enhance staffing and performance metrics while developing a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
• Maintain service standards consistent with Ông Bà brand




• Supervise high-volume restaurant operations
• Oversee restaurant launch and team training execution
• Manage POS and reservation systems

Requirements:
• 3 years of management experience in high-volume restaurants
