As a Training Specialist I - Curriculum Designer, you will create cutting-edge educational programs for the Edmonton Police Service. Your expertise in instructional design and adult learning will play a key role in developing impactful training materials. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective and engaging eLearning and classroom courses
• Assess training needs and create structured project plans

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education or similar degree
• At least two years in adult education or curriculum design
• Strong skills in Articulate Storyline and Microsoft Office

• Strong ability to guide subject matter experts
